Send a vector Illustrator EPS file (version CS and lower) with the fonts created in outlines. This would be the first, and best, choice. Second would be a layered, color separated Photoshop file (psd), or thirdly, a 300 dpi resolution image to exact print size as the last resort. Please make sure you send true type fonts for each file or create the fonts to Outlines.
