Custom Order Process

Preparing for your order...

Please make sure you have as much information about your artwork, your design, and how you would like it to look once it's printed. For example: is your artwork in vector format? Do you have a high-resolution image for our art team to work from? How many colors would you like to see in your imprint? Where will your imprint be located – front, back, both sides, and/or sleeves? Will you want specialty inks, such as metallics, novas (for the vintage look), or puff ink? These are important details, as they will all be factors in providing you with an accurate price quote. We're here to answer all of your questions.

 

Initial Inquiry...

Please complete our quote request form. Be sure to include as many details as you can so we can promptly provide you with an accurate quote. Once we've received your request, one of our customer service specialists will contact you to discuss pricing, order details, and to assist you with placing your order. You can always reach us at 615.259.4643 and we'll be happy to walk you through our pricing and production process over the phone.

 

Quote...

Once you've submitted your quote request and confirmed the details of your order with your customer service specialist, you will receive a copy of your final quote via email. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. When you're ready to move forward with your order just let us know by emailing us an approval on the quote we sent you and we will proceed with your order.

 

Payment...

At Arena Imprints, we value our customer relationships. We understand that there may be special requests when it comes to invoicing. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, please keep in mind our basic payment policies: 1) all first-time customers will be required to pay up front and in full for their custom orders. 2) Once established as an Arena client, we will set your account up with "Net Terms." 3) Also, for your convenience we accept payment by credit card and you can pay over the phone or in person.

 

Finishing touches and approvals...

Arena has a team of cutting edge graphic artists and they know how important properly portraying your image is. With that in mind, our team will prepare a mock-up of your design so you can see what your final product will look like. We will not start production until we receive your approval of the mock-up in writing.

 

Production...

Once your order goes to print our standard turnaround time is approximately 7-10 business days. If you require a rush order please advise us when placing your order. Accommodations can be made to meet tight deadlines. Please call for details.

 

Shipping...

Arena’s in-house logistics specialists are poised to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible. We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Courier. Customer pick-up at our facility on Chestnut street is always an option as well. Additional information can be found about shipping and logistics on our shipping page.
